A Day in a Life is a one-day deep dive into your business facilitated by Kris Chau, Entrepreneur Coach and expert associates.

This solution was created for entrepreneurs who crave the freedom and flexibility that comes with being an entrepreneur but you find yourself pulled in different directions unable to give time to areas you want to focus on.  This is an opportunity to choose a specific aspect of your business and walk away with an action plan developed during an uninterrupted day of dedicated attention from experienced entrepreneurs and coaches.

Area of Focus

Select an area that you would like to focus on:

  • Craft your brand strategy including positioning, identifying your ideal client, content pillars and scalable offers.

  • Develop a marketing strategy identifying the best place to market, create content that converts, and establish you as an expert.

  • Learn tools for confident communication to market your business, navigate difficult conversations, and to pitch your business for media or speaking opportunities.

  • Simplify your operations by establishing systems to help define clear policies and procedures to protect you from financial and interpersonal implications.

  • Revise your business plan for investment and grant opportunities to grow and/or scale.

Session Details

  • Prior to your session, you will have a 60-minute call to get a sense of where you are currently at and what your goals are.

  • Your full-day session will involve a series of thought-provoking exercises to get to the core of your challenge and provide solutions for moving forward.

  • You will walk away with an action plan with clear goals outlined in a SMART way - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-based.
